Allerion Technologies LLC (“Allerion,” “we,” “us”) is an AI automation and software company based in Louisville, Kentucky. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email info@allerion.io.
Information we collect
We collect only what you give us and what we need to operate:
- Contact details you submit through our forms or chat — name, email, phone number, business name, and what you tell us about your operations.
- Service data for customers using our products — content you send through our tools (such as messages you ask us to deliver) and the recipients you direct them to.
- Basic usage data — standard technical logs (pages visited, device and browser type) used to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you request.
- To deliver the messages and automations you explicitly ask us to send on your behalf.
- To send service-related communications (account, billing, support).
- To operate, secure, and improve our site and products.
Messaging & phone communications
Where we send calls or text messages on a customer’s behalf, those messages go only to recipients the customer has an existing business relationship with and who provided their number for that purpose. Message frequency varies. Recipients can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and can reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share mobile opt-in or phone-number data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business — for example payment processing (Stripe), messaging and telephony delivery (Twilio), and hosting. These providers may only use the data to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law. We never sell your data.
Data retention & security
We keep information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards (including encryption in transit and access controls) to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of non-essential communications at any time. Email info@allerion.io and we will respond promptly.

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
